Swan has made his first-team breakthrough this season, coming off the bench to make his first senior appearances for the club against Swansea and Reading.
The academy graduate has been in fine goalscoring form for the Under 23s, scoring eight times, earning the call-up to the first team, and he has now been rewarded with a new contract.
