A MyForest Membership comes with a host of exclusive benefits, including priority ticket access, exclusive access to retail promotions, opportunities to attend club events, exclusive member only competitions and giveaways, discounts on Museum & Stadium tour packages and a bespoke welcome pack featuring official member merchandise.
Members can also take advantage of the Ticket Exchange, giving you the opportunity to purchase tickets listed for resale by Season Card Holders that are unable to make the game for all Premier League fixtures!

Adult MyForest Membership - £40
The MyForest Membership is open to all supporters and provides third priority Premier League home ticket access, subject to availability, as well as all the benefits included in the membership scheme.
A number of tickets will be balloted to MyForest Plus and MyForest Members who cannot get tickets within their designated windows.

Youth MyForest Membership - £30
The Youth MyForest Membership comes with the same ticket access as the Adult members for Youth tickets as well as an additional opportunities like club events and mascot experiences.

Child MyForest Membership - £30
The Youth MyForest Membership comes with the same ticket access as the Adult members for Youth tickets as well as an additional opportunities like club events and mascot experiences.

How do I sign into my online account?
You can sign into your online account at tickets.nottinghamforest.co.uk, where if you then click the icon of a person in the top right, you’ll just then need to provide your Email Address and Password to Log In.
I’m struggling to sign into my account, what do I do?
If you are having difficulties signing into your account, please email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk so assistance can be provided.
How do I renew?
Sign into your online ticketing account at tickets.nottinghamforest.co.uk, where if you then click “MyForest Memberships” at the top of the screen, you’ll then be able to click “Purchase” next to the offer applicable to you and go through the process of renewing. Alternatively, you can renew by visiting the Ticket Office or calling 0115 982 4388.
When is the deadline to renew?
The deadline to renew is 5pm on Tuesday 9th July. Please be advised that this is a hard deadline, and there will be no grace period, or exceptions made for any individuals regardless of the circumstances for missing the deadline. Should you not have renewed your specific MyForest membership by the deadline, then you must instead purchase the standard MyForest Membership.
Which Membership offer is applicable to me?
If you were a 23/24 MyForest Pro Member, then the MyForest Pro Membership 24/25 offer is the Membership applicable to you, whilst if you were a 23/24 MyForest Plus Member, then the MyForest Plus Membership 24/25 offer is the Membership applicable to you. If you were a 23/24 MyForest Member, then the MyForest Standard Membership 24/25 offer is the Membership applicable to you.
If you were not a MyForest Member with us during the 23/24 season, then the MyForest Standard Membership 24/25 is applicable to you.
If I purchase the new MyForest Membership, will I be able to purchase general admission tickets?
Yes, subject to availability. For our higher profile games, we may sell out to our MyForest Plus Members, meaning the sales criteria may not reach MyForest Members. However, all MyForest Members for the 24/25 season will be able to access the Ticket Exchange, meaning MyForest Members will be able to attempt to purchase via the Ticket Exchange, although again this will be subject to availability.
During the 23/24 season, almost half of our Home fixtures went on sale to MyForest Members. We anticipate that there will be fixtures where we do not sell out to our MyForest Plus Members, meaning MyForest members will then have the next opportunity to buy.
For season 24/25, we will also be balloting a portion of tickets to MyForest Plus and Standard Members. The number of tickets balloted will vary from game to game depending on availability, however there will always be a portion of tickets held back to ensure that this ballot can be ran, thus ensuring that these members can try to obtain tickets should they miss out on purchasing during their respective on-sale windows.
I am a Non-Member with Previous Booking History, if I don’t purchase a MyForest Membership, will I still have an opportunity to purchase general admission tickets for next season?
It is extremely unlikely that any general admission tickets for any of our Home fixtures will go on sale to Non-Members with Previous Booking History for the 24/25 season. Supporters are advised to purchase a MyForest Membership to give themselves the best opportunity to purchase tickets with us next season, both in the designated sales criteria windows, through the Ticket Exchange, and via the ballot.
I was a 23/24 Season Card holder however I didn’t renew / I missed my renewal for 24/25, will I be able to purchase a MyForest Pro / Plus Membership?
23/24 Season Card holders that didn’t renew for 24/25 will be emailed directly after our MyForest Membership renewals deadline on Tuesday 9th July, with further information provided. Please do not contact the Ticket Office prior to this date, as our focus will be on MyForest Membership renewals.
I was a 23/24 MyForest Plus Member, will I be able to upgrade for 24/25?
Any upgrades will be subject to availability, and you must first renew the existing MyForest Plus Membership you’re eligible to purchase to be eligible for any upgrade. Please be advised that due to a high rate of renewals anticipated, we may not be able to accommodate any upgrades. If we can accommodate upgrades, then further information will be communicated to renewed MyForest Plus Members after the renewal’s deadline, with further information provided.

Only one MyForest Membership can be purchased per account. Should you wish to purchase for a family member or a friend, and you already hold a MyForest Membership or a Season Card, you can register a new account for the relevant individual at tickets.nottinghamforest.co.uk, where then you can purchase a MyForest Membership for them via their account.
I’m eligible to renew a MyForest Pro Membership, however a family member / friend is eligible to renew a MyForest Plus Membership, can I renew this online via my account in one transaction?
Yes, providing that each respective membership is assigned to the relevant eligible individual when the memberships are in your basket. Alternatively, you can renew in person or over the phone on 0115 982 4388.
Can I transfer my MyForest Membership to another individual?
No, MyForest Memberships are strictly non-transferable.
Will I receive a Membership Card if I purchase a MyForest Membership?
Yes, MyForest Membership Cards will be issued to supporters in their MyForest Membership packs.
When should I expect to receive my MyForest Membership pack?
The initial batch of packs will be distributed in September. Any MyForest Memberships purchased after August, please allow up to 28 working days for delivery.
What other benefits do I get for being a MyForest Member?

As a MyForest Member, do I get access to Away tickets?
Subject to availability, MyForest members will be able to purchase tickets for Away fixtures however only once our Away Members and Season Card holders have had opportunity to purchase. Please be advised that due to demand from our Away Members and Season Card holders, MyForest Members will likely only get access to Away tickets for lesser demand mid-week fixtures / cup games.
As a MyForest Member, will I get access to the Ticket Exchange?
Yes, all MyForest Members will be able to access the Ticket Exchange for the 24/25 season.
Am I guaranteed a ticket with a MyForest Pro Membership?
Yes, all MyForest Pro Members are guaranteed a ticket providing they purchase within their allotted time.
Can I buy more than one ticket with my MyForest Membership?
No, only one ticket can be purchased per MyForest Membership for the 24/25 season.
Can I use my MyForest Membership to purchase a ticket for another individual, or can I only use it to purchase a ticket for myself?
MyForest Members can use their MyForest Membership to purchase a ticket at the relevant price class that is applicable to the DOB on their account, or the Adult rate. For example, you can use your MyForest Membership to purchase an Adult ticket for yourself if you are aged 21, however if you wish to use your membership to purchase a ticket for an individual who is aged 16, you wouldn’t be able to buy the Youth (14-17) price class using your membership, and would instead need to still buy at the Adult price class rate.
Any individual’s whose DOB matches one of our concessionary price classes, can only buy at the relevant concessionary rate applicable to them, or the Adult rate.
The abuse of concessionary tickets is a breach of our T&Cs as well as our Sanctions Policy, as is the unauthorised re-sale of any of our tickets, even if re-sold at face value. You can find our full T&Cs here.
Am I required to have Previous Booking History to purchase a MyForest Membership?
No, any Nottingham Forest supporter can purchase a MyForest Membership for the 2024/25 season.
How long will my MyForest Membership last for?
MyForest Memberships will be valid from 1st August 2024 until 31st May 2025.
Am I able to cancel my MyForest Membership during the season?
The purchase of any MyForest Membership is non-refundable.
I’m registered disabled, does my companion need a Membership?
No, only the person who is registered disabled with us would need to buy the Membership, as you are entitled to a free of charge companion ticket.
Can I collect my MyForest Membership pack from the Ticket Office rather than opt for delivery?
No. All MyForest Membership packs will be posted by a third-party fulfilment company, and therefore cannot be collected from The City Ground.
Can I swap my MyForest Membership pack for a different aged MyForest Membership pack?
No, the MyForest Membership pack distributed to you will be applicable to your date of birth.
