Nottingham Forest is pleased to announce the launch of a new Ticket Exchange scheme that will help to allow more Home members to attend more games this season and in seasons to come.

The Ticket Exchange will allow all General Admission Season Card holders the opportunity to list their seats to be purchased by Home members, on a match-by-match basis, if they are unable to attend any home league fixture.

Not only will this increase the number of tickets available to Members, but it will also ensure that the stadium will be at maximum capacity for each home fixture.

Each time someone purchases the listed seat on the Ticket Exchange, the Season Card holder will receive an online ticketing credit, and this will be on a pro rata basis against the value of their Season Card price.

The credit will automatically be added onto your ticketing account and credit can be built up across the season which must be redeemed against the renewal of your Season Card for the following season.

For example:

An Adult Season Card holder for the 23/24 season, in the Peter Taylor Stand Block C4 has paid £660.00 for their Season Card.

The pro-rata match-by-match rate of their seat is £660.00 divided by 19 Home Premier League games, which is £34.73 per game.

Therefore, by listing the ticket on the Ticket Exchange, if the seat is then purchased, they will receive £34.73 as a credit which will be redeemed against the cost of their Season Card renewal.

To access the scheme and return your seat, Season Card holders will be able to log onto their online account, click the icon of a person in the top right, where they’ll then be able to go through the process to list their ticket here.

Please be aware that the option to list your seat on the Ticket Exchange will only be made available once all General Admission tickets have been sold, and the Ticket Exchange will only apply to Season Card holders.

Once your seat has been resold for a match, the Season Card holder will receive a confirmation email advising that their seat has been successfully sold along with the pro-rata value that will be credited onto their account.

You can view the video here for a helpful guide on how to list your seat on the Ticket Exchange.

*For home Premier League fixtures, Season Card holders will receive 100% of the value of the ticket on a pro-rata basis. Terms and Conditions apply.
