For supporters who have already purchased a ticket and are preparing for the game, please remember the following:
Supporters with a ticket for the original fixture
Any supporter who is still in possession of their ticket from the original game, due to be played on Saturday 26th October, will still be able to use their original ticket for the rearranged game as it has remained active.
Only supporters who requested that their tickets were refunded or exchanged for an alternative game will find that their ticket no longer works for Wednesday’s fixture. Anyone who does attempt to use a ticket which is no longer valid will be sent to the ticket office to purchase a new one.
Match ticket purchasers
You should already have received/been given a paper ticket for Wednesday's fixture, but if your tickets have not yet arrived in the post or you have misplaced them, please call the ticket office on 0115 982 4388 before 3pm on Wednesday afternoon to organise for duplicates to be printed for collection.
Print-at-home purchasers
If you purchased your tickets online and selected the ‘print-at-home’ option, you must print off your PDF match tickets before arriving at the stadium. However, if you don’t have access to a printer, please give the ticket office a call today to have paper tickets printed for you instead.
If you purchased your tickets online but are unsure if you selected the 'print-at-home' option, simply log-in to your account online and check your purchases to see which delivery method you chose.
Please remember that presenting print-at-home barcodes at the turnstiles from your mobile phone will not work.
NFFC members
If you are an NFFC member and purchased a ticket for this game, you should have had your seat uploaded directly onto your member card. However, if you have received a paper ticket for this fixture instead, please bring your ticket with you to access the stadium.
If you have not received a paper ticket and are unsure whether your card has been uploaded or not, please log-in to your online account or call the ticket office today for advice.
Collecting pre-paid tickets
Supporters can collect their pre-paid tickets from the main ticket office until 5.45pm on Wednesday. Collecting your tickets as early as possible is strongly advised.
From 6pm on matchday, all ticket collections will be relocated to the collections office which is situated at the corner of the Brian Clough Stand and Trent End.
Advice for season card holders
Season card holders are reminded their cards are activated for this fixture and are urged, wherever possible, to arrive at the stadium at least 45 minutes prior to kick-off to ensure that their season card works. If you arrive at The City Ground and find that you have forgotten your season card, please visit the main ticket office or Brian Clough ticket office for a replacement match ticket.
If your ticket/card does not work in the turnstiles, please locate the nearest member of our ‘here-to-help’ squad – dressed in their fluorescent pink high-visibility jackets - will be on hand to assist you in getting into the stadium as smoothly as possible.
Buying or collecting for other games?
If you would to purchase or collect tickets for any other Forest game which is currently on sale, you will only be able to do so at the main ticket office between 9am and 6pm prior to kick-off. This will ensure that supporters who need assistance for the Reading game can be prioritised and ensures that they do not miss kick-off.
Alternatively, the ticket office will be open after the final whistle until 9.45pm to visit.
