After consultation with supporter representatives, the club has made available a range of options for supporters who have purchased tickets for home games against Huddersfield Town and Bristol City and the away games against Sheffield Wednesday and Derby County.

The options available are:

Option 1 - Donate your entire refund to the Forest Women's team and the Forest Academy

This option gives you the opportunity to donate the value of your ticket to the Forest Women’s team and the Forest Academy.

Option 2 - Take the outstanding amount as credit split across ticketing and retail with a 10% credit bonus

This option will enable supporters to maintain the value of the refund which can then be used for future ticketing and retail purchases. This credit will be available to redeem from the start of the 2020-21 campaign. The additional 10% bonus is a goodwill gesture from the club to supporters entitled to a refund.

Option 3 – Donate 50% and take the remaining 50% as a credit either on ticketing or retail and get a 20% credit bonus

Rather than donate your entire refund or take the full outstanding amount as credit, supporters also have the option to do both. Option 3 allows you to claim 50% of your refund as credit with a 20% bonus whilst also making a contribution to Forest Women and the Forest Academy.

Option 4 - Claim a full cash refund

The final option allows supporters to claim a full refund via credit/debit card on their purchased match tickets.

Supporters can choose any one of the four options by visiting eticketing.co.uk/nottinghamforest and completing the necessary details from Monday 8th June. Please note the the refund options will be available on a match-by-match basis.

From Monday 8th June, those that have purchased Sheffield Wednesday tickets can login and select their preferred option.

The club will notify supporters when other matches become available on a week-by-week basis.

The Nottingham Forest Women's head coach, Andy Cook is encouraging supporters to donate to Forest Women's team. He said: "The football industry as a whole has undoubtably been hit hard by the decision to suspend/cancel some of the 2019-20 competitions. For Forest Women we rely on matchday revenue as well as sponsorship in order to survive. By supporters generously choosing to donate their refund to the women's team, this will enable us to cover our losses and build a foundation in order for us to be ready for the 2020-21 campaign.

"We have always enjoyed a healthy relationship with Forest fans and their kind donations will be hugely appreciated by myself and all the Forest Women players."

Supporters are reminded that the ticket office is currently available for online transactions only, however in the case that you are unable to access through the online portal then supporters are encouraged to email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk with any queries relating to the 2019-20 match ticket refund options. Eligible supporters will be notified directly by email on how to reactivate their account on our new website over the weekend.
