It is important for the club to protect its staff and supporters at all times but, as a provision, staff from the ticket office and retail teams will be working remotely to help Reds fans.
Official merchandise can still be purchased online by visiting shop.nottinghamforest.co.uk and the club will still be fulfilling online orders in partnership with our courier company.
Enquiries can also be emailed directly to retailenquiries@nottinghamforest.co.uk.
Ticket office staff are also available to answer supporters' questions and help with any issues. Supporters who may be having trouble renewing their season cards online, or who would like help setting up a new network of family and friends on their account are asked to email ticketoffice@nottinghamforest.co.uk for a swift reply and assistance.
The phone lines will also be open on a reduced timetable between 10am until 3pm (Monday to Saturday) on 0115 982 4388.
