The victory at Selhurst Park moved The Reds away from the Championship's relegation zone and we caught up with Radi to talk about that day.

He said: "The thing is, I remember at half-time that the gaffer said to me 'listen, are you going to wake up or what?' and then after the game I said to the coach 'is that okay?' I scored three goals and it was a great memory for me. The goals I will remember for the rest of my life, I scored three and I was so happy and I still have the match ball at home.

"For the first goal, Garath McCleary was shouting to me to pass the ball but I believed in myself, shot and scored and everyone was happy.

"The second was a right-foot effort, McCleary passed me the ball again and he said don't shoot. I did the opposite and scored and he said to me afterwards that I should do the opposite of whatever he tells me!

"You don't score a hat-trick every day. It was 0-0 at half-time and it ended up 3-0 and I scored all three; when I look at the match ball at home I remember that game."
