Ahead of tomorrow's Sky Bet Championship fixture against Hull City, the Ticket Office wishes to provide supporters with the following information.
- The main Ticket Office will only be open for personal visitors from 9am until 12pm tomorrow
- Any supporter wishing to buy tickets in person for tomorrow’s game will only be able to do so within this 3-hour window
- Any supporter wishing to buy tickets online or over the phone can do so until 3pm on Saturday, but will only be given the option of a Print-at-Home or Digital Mobile Phone ticket
- Any supporter who had originally pre-booked tickets and opted to collect them must do so before 12pm on matchday
- Supporters who require a replacement ticket or wish to upgrade their season card seat for tomorrow’s fixture can do so over the ticket office phonelines or in person at the Brian Clough Ticket Office from 1pm
- New match ticket sales in person at any facility will not be permitted after 12pm
- All requests for a refund must be made by 12pm on matchday
- The Ticket Office will be open after the final whistle for Middlesbrough ticket collections, and all other ticketing enquiries
Supporters are advised to arrive at The City Ground early in line with the new measures recently introduced to minimise the risk of further transmission of COVID.
