The Reds shot-stopper was in fine form in February, collecting four clean sheets as Forest won four and drew two of their seven games in the month, including saving Adam Armstrong's penalty in the win against Blackburn at The City Ground.
Samba is up against Norwich duo Teemu Pukki and Emilia Buendia, Cardiff's Kieffer Moore, Swansea's Conor Hourihane and Charlie Austin from QPR.
