Rare Nottingham Forest matchworn shirts are being made available to supporters in aid of the Nottingham-based charity, Framework.

The club’s front-of-shirt sponsor, BOXT, generously donated the space reserved for their logo to the charity for the match at Bristol City in April.

The team proudly wore the popular blue and yellow change kit with the Framework logo for that match only. It was also the last occasion that kit was worn making these shirts truly unique.

The club is now making ten of the matchworn shirts available for supporters to own. Each shirt is signed by the respective player.

To make these valuable collectors’ items available to as many supporters as possible, the club is running a raffle for five of the shirts and an auction for the other five.

Raffle tickets are priced at £10 per ticket - click here to enter.

The auctions are being run by the Nottingham Forest Community Trust - click here to bid.

The raffles and auctions will end at 5pm on Thursday 13th May.

All proceeds from the raffles and auctions will be donated to Framework. The club has a long-standing relationship with Framework who deliver housing, health, employment, support and care services to people with a diverse range of needs across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.

David Cook, Chief Commercial Officer, said: “We are delighted that a small piece of Nottingham Forest history will be made available to supporters who, in turn, will be helping the tireless work of Framework in the local community. We thank the club’s shirt sponsors, BOXT, for such a fantastic gesture in donating their shirt sponsorship which has made all this possible.

“We hope that as many Forest fans as possible get involved and help raise funds for such a worthy cause”.

Andy Kerr, BOXT Founder and CEO, said: “We are proud that BOXT donating the shirt sponsorship to Framework will now generate further benefit to the charity and help the people of Nottinghamshire. Good luck to all the Forest fans who enter the raffles and auctions!”

Andrew Redfern, Chief Executive of Framework, said: “We are deeply appreciative of BOXT and Nottingham Forest for supporting this fantastic initiative. We have further raised awareness of homelessness and the work we do to tackle it and, through these raffles and auctions, we will now raise much needed funds aswell.

“As a local-based charity we are immensely proud to have seen our brand on the famous shirts of Nottingham Forest FC and it is appropriate these rare shirts will now be owned by supporters forever.”

Forest fans are also reminded that they can £50 discount off a new boiler by using the special code FORESTFAN50 at www.boxt.co.uk. Please visit the site to see BOXT’s unique digital solution to home boiler buying and installation.
