Forest Women are pleased to confirm the signing of defender Lauren Purchase.
The Wales youth international joins on a dual registration with Aston Villa Women and becomes Head Coach Andy Cook's fourth summer arrival.
Having impressed during a period of training with The Reds recently, Purchase says she's excited to embark on the next stage of her development.
"I am delighted to be joining Forest Woman the squad is focused and driven to succeed. The high paced, attack minded style of play suits me well.
"Iām very excited to be here and can't wait for the season to begin; to play my part in our progressive season ahead."
Speaking after the defender put pen-to-paper, Cook says he delighted to welcome another addition to his squad.
"Lauren has come to us after a successful trial and has shown all the right qualities we are looking for in a young player.
"She's determined and wants to challenge herself. She had other offers from clubs but she's decided that coming here is the best place for her.
"Lauren is on a dual registration with Aston Villa which allows us to work with another Women's Super League club closely and help in her development."
