Tickets & Hospitality: Wolves (h)

Tickets go on-sale to all Season Card holders to secure their seat for The Reds’ Carabao Cup quarter final fixture against Wolverhampton Wanderers tomorrow (28 December) at 10am.

Please note that sales are online only until Thursday 29 December at 10am.

Adult ticket prices are only £20 for Season Card holders and £25 for non-Season Card holders for this fixture, with Under 18s tickets starting from just £5.

Due to the short turnaround time, sales windows will be shorter than usual. Season Card holders will be given a 1 day, online only window to secure their seats, before they are able to do so in-person or over the phone from Thursday.

At this stage, Season Card holders will only be able to secure their own season seat, reserved online for you until 5pm on Thursday 29 December.

To take-up your seat reservation, please login to your Online Ticket Office account and click on the profile icon in the top right-hand side of the screen, where a red dot next to it will denote that your reserved seat is waiting for you.

If you do choose to take-up your usual Season Card seat before 5pm Thursday 29 December, access will automatically be uploaded to your season card.

If you wish to create a fan network and secure reserved seats for other Season Card holders in the same transaction, check out this handy guide, remembering to set their status to “Managed”.

From Friday 30 December at 10am, NFFC Home members will have the opportunity to purchase, while supporters with previous booking history and general sales purchasers then having an option to buy, subject to availability. Please see table below for ticket sales dates.

Please note that all sales for this fixture are restricted to a maximum of one ticket per customer number for Season Card holders, NFFC Home members, supporters with previous booking history and general sale purchasers as detailed in the sales criteria below. Each eligible customer number must be assigned to each seat at checkout online or quoted when buying over the phone or in person.

Supporters with accessibility requirements, who require a disabled companion, or those who require a wheelchair, should please call the NFFC Ticket Office on 0115 982 4388 for assistance, as disabled ticket rates will not be available online.

Accessible Parking

There are six accessible parking spaces available on a first come, first served basis. To book, please email accessibility@nottinghamforest.co.uk from 10am on Friday 6 January. Applications received before this date and time will be rejected and supporters will be advised to email their request again on the above date and time.

BUYING YOUR MATCH TICKETS

Tickets can be purchased online, in person, or by calling us on 0115 982 4388 according to the sales criteria above. 

The club encourages supporters to purchase online and, also, to select the digital tickets option where you can then add the ticket(s) to your mobile phone wallet or print off the PDF attachment(s).  This is the fastest and most convenient method to secure your seat and reduces the risk of queues at the Ticket Office on match day.

Please note that due to the new matchday stadium protocols to safeguard supporters, tickets collections on matchday are no longer available. Digital and print-at home tickets will remain available online until kick-off.

Silver Family Members

Home Silver Family membership holders are eligible to purchase an Adult ticket and an Under 18 ticket, where you must assign both tickets to the customer reference number that was used to purchase the Home Silver Family membership.

Home Silver Family membership holders can also purchase one ticket, should supporters wish to attend by themselves. Supporters do not have to always purchase an Adult and an Under 18 ticket every time they book using their Home Silver Family membership.

Please be advised that the Home Silver Family membership can only be used to purchase a singular Adult ticket, a singular Under 18 ticket (must attend with an Adult if Under 14), or both an Adult ticket and an Under 18 ticket.

MATCH TICKET BOOKING FEES

The booking fee is charged per transaction, irrespective of the number of tickets purchased.

All tickets posted to supporters are subject to an additional £1 postal fee.

Maximum sales

All supporters are restricted to purchase a maximum of one ticket per customer number. Each eligible customer number must be assigned per-seat at online checkout or supplied when buying over the phone or in-person.

Tickets not received

If you have purchased a paper ticket for dispatch by post and not received your ticket 48 hours before kick-off, please email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk or call the ticket office on 0115 982 4388 for advice.

Hospitality

Seasonal hospitality members have until 5pm on Thursday 29 December to secure their seat, and will be contacted individually by email with instructions on how to do so, and prices.

From Friday 30 December at 10am, any remaining hospitality will be available to purchase by supporters with a previous booking history by contacting the hospitality team by email hospitality@nottinghamforest.co.uk or by calling 0115 982 4450. Full details of the prices are below:-
