How to enter:

• Send us your funniest pet pic using the google form to be in with a chance to win.
• The funniest one will receive a hamper designed especially for your furry companion.

The winner will be chosen on Friday 15th July at 3pm and then we will arrange collection or delivery of the hamper.

PocketVet Competition T&Cs

1- The promoter is PocketVet,  whose registered office is at Unit 3 Castlebridge Office Village, Castle Marina Road, Nottingham, NG7 1TN.

2- The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition, you will just need to enter via the instructions through the Nottingham Forest App notification landing page or PocketVet’s Instagram.

4- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are explained via Instagram and the Nottingham Forest App notification landing page.

6- Only one entry will be accepted per person.

7- Closing date for entry will be 15th July 2022 at 12pm. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.

10- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

11- The prize is as follows: 1 x Pet hamper specific to the type of pet who wins e.g. Dog Hamper if a Dog wins. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

12- Winners will be chosen at random, from all entries received and verified by the promoter.

13- The winner will be notified by direct message on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram and on the comments on TikTok, if that is where the winner is. The winner will only ever be contacted by UK Meds Direct Ltd or PocketVet. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize by 8pm on 15th of July 2022, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. 

14- UK Meds or PocketVet will notify the winner by email when and where the prize can be collected/is delivered in time for the game.

15- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

16- By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

17- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

18- The winner agrees to the use of their name and pets name in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

19- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

20- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other social network.
