We can confirm part of our pre-season fixture programme as the 2022-23 Premier League season draws nearer.
The Reds begin preparations by travelling to Alicante, Spain for a training camp. This concludes with a match versus Coventry City at the Pinatar Arena in San Pedro del Pinatar on Friday 8th July.
Upon return to Nottingham, Forest will play Burton Albion at the Pirelli Stadium on Tuesday 12th July before travelling to Oakwell to face Barnsley on Saturday 16th July.
With infrastructure works at The City Ground well underway in preparation for the opening home Premier League game on Saturday 13th August, Forest will play Bundesliga team Hertha Berlin at Burton’s Pirelli Stadium on Wednesday 20th July. Three days later, The Reds visit the Stadion An der Alten Försterei to face Union Berlin, the former club of record signing Taiwo Awoniyi, on Saturday 23rd July.
