Play-off final ticket details confirmed

Nottingham Forest can now confirm ticket details for the Sky Bet Championship Play-Off Final versus Huddersfield Town at Wembley Stadium on Sunday 29^th May 2022, kick-off 4.30pm.

This guide is split into two sections. The first section entitled ‘Key Wembley Ticket Information’ summarises the key information on ticket sales. The second section entitled ‘Additional Wembley Ticket Information’ provides further detailed information for Forest supporters.

All of the information the club has received is within this release so please take a moment to read the information to ensure a speedy ticket buying experience.

 1. KEY WEMBLEY TICKET INFORMATION

Nottingham Forest supporters have received a total allocation of 36,475 general admission tickets at the West End of Wembley Stadium.

Supporters are encouraged to buy tickets online.

All tickets for this fixture will be print-at-home and not traditional paper tickets.

Therefore, please note:

• the only telephone sales via the NFFC Ticket Office are for disabled/wheelchair supporters
• all other telephone sales are via Ticketmaster only
• NFFC are not able to sell hospitality packages – these are sold directly by Wembley Stadium

With respect to telephone sales via Ticketmaster:

• Ticketmaster phone lines will be open from 9am until 5pm on Monday to Friday
• Ticketmaster will be able to fulfil requests for friends and family sitting together, as per the usual process with the NFFC Ticket Office
• If you experience any problems accessing your NFFC account with Ticketmaster, please call 0333 321 3126 or visit Ticketmaster Customer Care for assistance.

Sales in all categories are restricted to one per person.

TICKET PRICES

All tickets will be print-at-home, irrespective of where and how they have been purchased.

General admission ticket prices for adults range from £36 to £98.

As specified by Wembley Stadium, all tickets will be subject to a £2.50 per ticket fee, plus £1.25 per transaction print-at-home delivery fee.

Please note:

• No children under the age of 2 years old will be permitted entry to Wembley Stadium, including in hospitality areas
• Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult

OFFICIAL COACH TRAVEL

Official coach travel is priced at £35 per person.

Details on timings will be confirmed in due course.

TICKET SALES

• The 36,475 general admission ticket sales for Forest supporters in the West End of the Wembley Stadium, stretching from the North Stand to the South Stand
• Your NFFC customer number is displayed on your season card or below your surname on match day tickets, so please check before calling Ticketmaster
• Ticketmaster have been selected to manage telephone sales of tickets due to the large volume of tickets being sold and dispatched in a short space of time, and following advice from the EFL
• Ticketmaster have many years of experience in selling tickets in a short period of time for large venues such as Wembley Stadium

TICKET PRICES

• Each of the five price categories are sold on a first come, first served basis and are subject to availability
• With all tickets dispatched as print-at-home only, please ensure your e-mail address is correct at the point of purchase
• Age categories: Staff at Wembley Stadium will be actively checking purchases of concessionary tickets on entry - please ensure you have proof of age/photo ID in your possession on entry into the stadium

NO RESALE OF TICKETS

• Please note it is an offence under Section 166 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 for any unauthorised person to sell tickets
• Any Nottingham Forest supporter found to be reselling tickets will also be subject to action from the club

DISABLED TICKETS

• There are a number of Wheelchair and Ambulant Disabled tickets with accompanying Personal Assistant tickets available
• These tickets are sold under the same periods of sale but are available only by contacting the NFFC Ticket Office directly
• EFL regulations and Nottingham Forest FC terms and conditions apply, including the availability of age-related concessions
• Disabled supporters who require a Disabled Companion must provide their Disabled Companion customer number when purchasing
• Ticket prices are age-related, with a Disabled Companion ticket provided free of charge whereby the disabled supporter received Enhanced/Higher Rate PIP or DLA
• There are a number of seats which have step free access that are recommended for persons with mobility difficulties which are positioned in Level 1 rows 30/31
• Please note head-sets and mini induction loops need to be booked in advance, please enquire via the Ticket Office at Nottingham Forest for details

TRAVEL

• Wembley Stadium will shortly be issuing a full travel pack for Nottingham Forest supporters to travel to Wembley which will be available via the NFFC official website in due course

CAR PARKING

• Parking for supporters and supporter coaches can be purchased via wembleyofficialparking.com or by telephone 020 8903 6966
• Car Parking is charged at £90 per coach and £30 per car booked in advance
• Parking is subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day
• Blue Badge parking is available to purchase at a discounted cost of £15 per space, subject to availability and may be subject to price increases on match day

OFFICIAL COACH TRAVEL

• Please only make your coach travel arrangements after you have purchased your match ticket
• Coach travel is subject to availability and will be sold on a first come first served basis and booking a space on the coach does not guarantee you a match ticket, nor does it include a ticket within the price
• Travellers should note that under the Traffic Commissioner Guidelines for football coach travel the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited
• Should any supporter be found in possession of or to be consuming alcohol during the trip, the driver has the legal right to return to The City Ground without those persons responsible, or for any other form of anti-social behaviour
• In addition, further sanctions will be taken against anyone found in breach of this rule

MUSICAL INSTRUMENTS

• Any supporters wishing to take musical instruments to Wembley Stadium must obtain permission in advance
• Please contact tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk to request permission
• Anyone wishing to gain entry to Wembley Stadium carrying musical instruments without prior permission will not be permitted to enter with them
