Head Coach Steve Cooper has revealed that Scott McKenna is an injury doubt ahead of The Reds' trip to Leicester City on Monday night.
The defender represented Scotland twice during the international break in Nations League fixtures against Ukraine and the Republic of Ireland, but was then forced to withdraw from the squad due to an injury ahead of a second clash against Ukraine.
Ahead of The Reds' trip to the King Power Stadium on Monday (kick-off 8pm), Cooper gave the latest from a team news perspective in his pre-match press conference.
"Scott’s a doubt having had to withdraw early from the Scotland camp, so with regards to Monday, we’re still not sure whether he’s going to be available for that.
“But the guys who stayed with us, and those who have come back from international duty are all good to go.
"We are as we were before, it’s just Scott who is a doubt.”
