HEAD COACH'S VIEW
Head Coach Steve Cooper spoke to the media this week to preview the clash against Erik ten Hag's side.
"We've been in what looked like a difficult situation before and we managed to pull away, so we've got to do that again.
"We're not seeing a lack of effort or confidence, nobody is hiding away from the challenge. It's one we're facing head on. We need to do better.
"Matchdays are the key and they’re the days where we need to deliver the most. There’s a real keenness from players wanting to be in the team.
"I’m not seeing any negativity or frustration but I’ve seen a real determination and we’ve got to use that."
LAST TIME OUT
Our last meeting against United came in February in the second leg of the Carabao Cup.
Having lost 3-0 in the first leg, Forest were defeated 5-0 on aggregate, as goals from Anthony Martial and Fred secured a 2-0 win at Old Trafford on the night.
RECENT FORM
Forest currently sit 18th in the Premier League table following defeat at Villa Park last time out.
United, meanwhile, lie 4th in the table having beat Everton 2-0 at Old Trafford last time out in the Premier League.
