Forest U17s finished runners-up in the Premier League Cup as Tottenham Hotspur ran out 5-1 winners against the nine-man Reds on Wednesday night.
In front of a crowd of over 2,000 supporters at The City Ground, it was Forest who took the lead when George Hemmings' cross found Danny Anisjko who controlled before rifling an effort into the bottom corner.
Spurs were quick to respond however when Oliver Irow fired a cut-back beyond Keehan Willows via a deflection for 1-1.
The game was then turned on its head when Kyle McAdam was shown a second yellow card on 36 minutes as The Reds were reduced to 10 men.
Four minutes before the break, Spurs took the lead as Mikey Moore weaved his way into the area before finding the bottom corner to put the visitors ahead.
