The Club would like to inform Season Card Holders that all Welcome Packs, along with your new season cards, have now been fully dispatched.
Having been sent in batches over the past few weeks, our fulfilment agency has confirmed that the final Welcome Packs left their premises via Royal Mail on Friday 4th August and in time to arrive ahead of the first home game of the 2023/24 Premier League Season.
Whilst we would expect that the vast majority of new season cards will have arrived at their destination already, the Ticket Office advises that, if your Welcome Pack has not arrived with you by 1pm on Wednesday 16th August, that you should contact them on 0115 982 4388 or email ticketoffice@nottinghamforest.co.uk to organise for a replacement to be printed ahead of Friday’s first home game against Sheffield United.
If you are a Season Card Holder who cannot attend Friday’s curtain-raiser against Sheffield United, why not list your seat for resale via the Club’s official Ticket Exchange? Simply log on to your online account and list your seat on the Ticket Exchange where, as soon as your seat sells via the Exchange, you will receive an online ticketing credit as a pro rata value of your Season Card price. Tickets listed on the Exchange will only be available to MyForest Pro, Plus and Members to purchase tickets

In the coming weeks, Season Card Holders will receive a communication advising of a new process for match-by-match upgrades which are to be completed Online for the remainder of the 2023/24 Season. In the meantime, you can upgrade your Season Card to a full Adult ticket price only by visiting the Ticket Office in person or calling 0115 982 4388. The deadline for upgrades for the Sheffield United match is 5pm Friday 18 August.
Season Card Holders and MyForest members who are looking to start the season in style can also upgrade their seats to take advantage of our hospitality facilities in the Legends Lounge.
Hosted in the Trent End overlooking the river, you and your guests can enjoy a private bar and food served in our restaurant area, before taking your reserved seats in our new look Trent End viewing gallery, where the glass has been removed so you can now soak in The City Ground atmosphere.
Priced at just £185 plus VAT, limited availability remains in the Legends Lounge for Friday’s home clash with Sheffield United.
