MEMORABLE MATCH
Our last win against Manchester United came in 1994 at Old Trafford in a memorable clash under the lights.
Stan Collymore opened the scoring for Forest in some style, cutting onto his left foot and firing an unstoppable effort into the top corner from 25 yards.
Stuart Pearce's deflected effort from the edge of the area then put Forest into a 2-0 lead on the hour.
Eric Cantona bundled home a header from a corner only five minutes later to pull a goal back for United, but Forest held on in a season where they finished third in the Premiership.
PLAYED FOR BOTH: ROY KEANE
Keane came through the ranks at Cobh Rambles before joining Forest under Brian Clough in 1990.
The Irishman spent three years on Trentside, scoring 25 goals in 124 appearances for The Reds, winning the Full Members' Cup in 1992.
Keane moved to Old Trafford in 1993 and spent 12 years at United, winning seven Premier League titles and one Champions League.
