The Reds secure all three points against The Potters with a dominant display.
Forest Women travelled to Staffordshire to take on Stoke City at the bet365 Stadium.
Carly Davies made four changes from the FA Cup tie the previous weekend with Emily Batty, Lyndsey Harkin, Holly Manders and Charlotte Greengrass all returning to the starting eleven.
The Reds made an excellent start to the game with some smart link-up play from Freya Thomas and Greengrass to create space in the Stoke half, the latter then played Louanne Worsey through to fire home the opening goal.
It was a short-lived lead as the hosts were awarded a penalty for a handball in the area; Heidi Logan equalised for The Potters.
Forest pushed to re-take the lead as Mollie Green found Ella Haughey in space down the left channel with an excellent ball over the top. The full-back fired a deep cross towards Worsey, who was denied at the near post.
The Reds’ number one produced an excellent save to deny Stoke the lead as the league clash approached the half-hour mark.
With half-time minutes away, Forest were awarded a penalty of their own when Sophie Domingo was fouled in the area. Manders stepped up from 12 yards and slotted home her eighth goal of the season.
Stoke were down to ten early in the second half as Ellie Leek received a 10-minute sin bin from the referee.
Carly Davies’ side had their third goal of the afternoon after Thomas picked out Domingo in the area with an excellent delivery; the number 7 fired her strike into the top corner.
Forest soon had their fourth goal and Manders had a brace as her long-ranged strike lobbed the keeper and hit the back-of-the-net.
Davies looked to her bench with the match approaching the final ten minutes with Mai Moncaster, Chloe Dixon and Niamh Reynolds all introduced.
Nat Johnson made it five-one at the bet365 as Green fired a dangerous free-kick towards the far post and the full-back was there to score from a tight angle.
With five minutes remaining in the tie Olivia Cook entered the action as Forest secured the win in Stoke.
