Harry Toffolo scored his first Forest and Premier League goal as Forest drew 1-1 against Wolves at Molineux.

Head Coach Steve Cooper made seven changes to the side which lost to Fulham in midweek, which saw Neco Williams, Matt Turner, Cheikhou Kouyaté among those to regain their spots in the starting line-up.

On 14 minutes, Forest took the lead. Kouyaté intercepted Toti Gomes’ pass out from the back and after an exchange with Morgan Gibbs-White, the midfielder found Neco Williams out to his right.

With Ryan Yates overlapping, the wing-back opted to cross and picked out Toffolo at the back post, who rose above Nelson Semedo to head beyond Jose Sá and into the net.

Wolves responded after falling behind though, and found a leveller on 33 minutes after a move down the right was finished off by Matheus Cunha who swept home.

Forest were presented with a golden chance to regain the lead in first half stoppage time though, when Max Kilman was dispossessed by Kouyaté who ran through on goal before seeing his effort kept out by Sá.

The game remained tight midway through the second half, with another dangerous Williams cross from the right headed over by Toffolo for a near carbon copy of Forest’s opener on 69 minutes.

But the game finished level in a competitive second half, with Forest leaving the West Midlands with a point.
