As we continue to improve our fan experience, there are new ongoing developments around the stadium. As part of that, we have created two new designated entrances for the Legends Lounge and designated entrances for both the Robin Hood Suite and the 1865 Club.
The new entrances are to the left and right of the previous Legends Lounge Reception and will ensure a smooth and speedy entrance into the Legends Lounge to enjoy the pre-match Hospitality.
Please use entrance A if: • Tickets are located block X6 and X7 • Seats 1 – 68 on Rows S-V • You require an accessible entrance |
Please use entrance B if: • Tickets are located block X8, X9, X10 • Seats 71 – 168 on Rows S-V

These new entrances will reduce the flow of people through the previous entrance allowing you to access each area quickly and enjoy the facilities of your respective hospitality area.
To ensure there are no delays in access to your hospitality area , please make sure you have the correct tickets with you on arrival.
Turnstiles will open from 1:30pm – 90 minutes prior to the 3:00pm kick-off. With a capacity crowd in attendance, please arrive early to avoid queues and enjoy the pre-match atmosphere.
The Ticket Office is open from 9am until half time. The Satellite ticket offices (The Brian Clough Stand and Away Ticket Office) will be open from 12pm until half-time.
Following an increase in the number of supporters turning up at the Ticket Office on a matchday, experiencing issues due to either forgetting their Season Card or bringing last years Season Card, supporters are reminded to ensure that prior to departing for The City Ground, the below is done:
- Ensure that your Season Card is on your person ahead of arriving at The City Ground
- Ensure that the correct 23/24 Season Card is brought, as opposed to any previous Season Cards such as Season Cards issued for 22/23 or 21/22
- That any previous Season Cards are separate to this years Season Card, so as not to bring the wrong one
Please be advised that should you forget your Season Card, or bring the wrong one, then you must come to the Ticket Office with valid ID to collect a paper ticket reprint.
The above is being advised to reduce any potential queues at the Ticket Office on a matchday, so we can ensure that everyone gains access in ample time and doesn’t miss any of the game.
You may be subjected to additional security checks when entering the stadium for this fixture. Please arrive to the stadium earlier to give yourself enough time to get an additional security required before the turnstile. Please ensure you arrive with the correct ticket and ID if you’re asked to prove your age at any point.
For supporters wishing to upgrade their tickets for the match, the deadline for doing so is 5PM. Strictly no upgrades can be made after this deadline.
Supporters are reminded that is a criminal offence to enter the pitch at any time.
