HEAD COACH'S VIEW
Head Coach Steve Cooper spoke to the media this week to preview the clash against the side from West Yorkshire.
"It's a fixture with great tradition and it's a great game to be part of. Leeds are very well coached and have a clear way of playing which is something we're mindful of.
"But we have to go into the game thinking about how we can have the biggest impact and how we can succeed. It's one we have to be ready for and we've got to make sure we're at our best."

LAST TIME OUT
We last faced today's opponents back in February 2020 when goals from Sammy Ameobi and Tyler Walker earned The Reds a 2-0 victory in the Championship on Trentside.
Our last home Premier League clash against The Whites was back in October 1998, Steve Stone netting a late equaliser for Forest to ensure the points were shared at The City Ground.

RECENT FORM
Leeds are currently 16th in the Premier League table after 19 fixtures, sitting three points behind Forest having won four, drawn six and lost nine.
Marsch's side beat Accrington Stanley 3-1 in the Emirates FA Cup last weekend, and drew 0-0 against Brentford in their most recent league clash.
Defender Liam Cooper captains the side, while Spanish forward Rodrigo tops their goalscoring chart with 12 goals so far this campagin.

Meanwhile, Forest come into today's game off the back of Wednesday's 2-0 defeat against Manchester United in the Carabao Cup semi final, however can take confidence from parts of the performance at Old Trafford.
The Reds are currently 14th in the division and are four league games unbeaten heading into this afternoon's clash. A draw or a victory would see Cooper's side leapfrog Leicester City into 13th position.

PLAYED FOR BOTH: DAVID PRUTTON
The Hull-born midfielder signed for Leeds United from Southampton in 2007 and went on to make 78 appearances across all competitions, scoring four goals.
Prutton played under Dennis Wise, Gary McAllister and Simon Grayson during his spell in West Yorkshire, before joining Colchester United on loan in January 2010 - a move which would become permanent a month later.

Prutton joined the Forest Academy in 1995 before working his way through the youth ranks and signed a professional contract in 1998. The midfielder went on to make 150 appearances in the Garibaldi before being snapped up by Premier League outfit Southampton in 2003.
After a four-year stint at St Mary's, Prutton returned to The City Ground on loan and would make a further 13 appearances before joining today's visitors.
