Tickets for The Reds' away Premier League fixture against West Ham United are on sale to Season 2022-23 Away Priority Plus Members from 10am on Tuesday 7 February.

The club has received a full allocation of 3,001 tickets for the fixture on Saturday 25 February, kick-off 3pm. Tickets are located in the Sir Trevor Booking Stand, with the club also receiving an allocation of 19 wheelchair positions.

General Allocation sales for this fixture are online only. Registered disabled supporters or those with accessible needs can book by contacting the Ticket Office during their relevant sales window in person or by phone on 0115 982 4388.

Supporters with accessibility requirements, require a disabled companion, or those who require a wheelchair, should please call the NFFC Ticket Office on 0115 982 4388 for assistance, as disabled ticket rates will not be available online.

Please note, do not log into the Online Ticket Office well in advance of the on-sale time. For example, if a supporter logs in over 40 minutes prior to the designated on-sale time, then the session will time out before they reach the payment page.

ACCESSIBILITY INFORMATION

Accessible Parking

West Ham United can offer up to 6 accessibility on-site parking spaces at the London Stadium for visiting accessibility supporters.

Please note that these spaces are available on a first come, first served basis & any requests for on-site parking need to be sent to accessibility@westhamunited.co.ukup to 10 days before the game, ensuring to email them once you have your tickets with your seat details (Block, Row and Seat Number) alongside car registration number.  

Transfer to/from the on-site parking in Siding Street to the (Visiting Team Supporter) Entrance D turnstiles can be made via the Podium Lift.

Audio Commentary for Visually Impaired Supporters

If any visually impaired supporters require audio commentary, this needs to be requested by emailing accessibility@westhamunited.co.uk together with the Block, Row and Seat Numbers on the tickets allocated.

Audio Commentary Headsets can be picked up from and returned to one of West Ham United’s Accessibility Liaison Officers who will be situated outside (Visiting Team Supporter’s) Entrance D, from when the turnstiles open 90 minutes before kick-off and for 15 minutes upon the completion of the game.

Group bookings

Seats must be booked in a single transaction for supporters to sit together. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to seat supporters together for bookings made in multiple transactions, or when our allocation nears sell-out (even if the booking has been made in a single transaction). For a reminder of how to create a group of friends and family to sit together at matches, please see here.

Supporters are limited to a maximum of one ticket per person/customer number and 6 tickets per booking.

All tickets selected as “Collect from The City Ground” must be collected from The City Ground only. 

Official Travel

Official Coach Travel will depart the Brian Clough Stand Car Park on Saturday 25 February at 09:45am and is priced at £25 for a return journey. One coach will be made available for sale on the first day of ticket sales, with the remaining capacity available on the second day.

Please note that under the traffic commissioners’ guidelines for football coach travel the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Should any supporter be found in possession of or to be consuming alcohol during the trip, the driver has the legal right to return to The City Ground without those persons responsible, or for any other form of anti-social behaviour.

In addition, further sanctions will be taken against anyone found in breach of this rule.

The booking fee is charged per transaction, irrespective of the number of tickets purchased.

All tickets posted to supporters are subject to an additional £1 postal fee.

Executive Away Trip

With The Reds set to face West Ham in East London, supporters can join us for the trip to face The Hammers with our corporate hospitality package.

Forest head to the capital to take on David Moyes' side, who currently sit 16th in the Premier League ahead of our first ever visit to the London Stadium.

Supporters will enjoy welcome drinks and a 3-course meal prior to kick-off at The Union Social at The Gantry, as well as a Q&A session with a former Forest player.

This trip is priced at £240 + VAT per person for adults and £130 + VAT per person for Under 16s, which includes a match ticket (kick-off 3pm) and return coach travel departing from The City Ground.
