Tickets for The Reds' Carabao Cup semi final second leg away fixture against Manchester United are on sale to Season 2022-23 Away Priority Plus Members from 4:30pm today, Tuesday 17 January.

The club has received an allocation of 7,375 tickets for the fixture on Wednesday 1 February, kick-off 8pm. Tickets are located in the South-East Quadrant, East Stand Tier 1 and East Stand Tier 2, with the club also receiving an allocation of 18 wheelchair positions.

Please be advised that the club requested a larger allocation of tickets however Manchester United have advised that they can only provide 10% of stadium capacity, which is in line with the EFL competition ruling.

Manchester United have provided 25 ambulant supporter’s tickets (as priced below) plus 25 personal assistants free of charge. This is the total available dedicated seating with appropriate facilities associated.

Once the dedicated ambulant seating is sold out, tickets will be taken from the standard seating. Any additional ambulant seating required for our registered disabled supporters will be taken from the general allocation with Nottingham Forest Football Club covering the cost of the personal assistant ticket.

General Allocation sales for this fixture are online only. Registered disabled supporters or those with accessible needs can book by contacting the Ticket Office during their relevant sales window in person or by phone on 0115 982 4388.

Accessible parking near the visiting turnstile is £12 and can be booked by phoning Manchester United’s accessibility phoneline - 0161 524 0211.

Please note, do not log into the Online Ticket Office well in advance of the on-sale time. For example, if a supporter logs in over 40 minutes prior to the designated on-sale time, then the session will time out before they reach the payment page.

Group bookings

Seats must be booked in a single transaction for supporters to sit together. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee to seat supporters together for bookings made in multiple transactions, or when our allocation nears sell-out (even if the booking has been made in a single transaction). For a reminder of how to create a group of friends and family to sit together at matches, please see here.

Supporters are limited to a maximum of one ticket per person/customer number and 6 tickets per booking.

Ticket posting and collections

 Ticket Collections

All tickets selected as “Collect from The City Ground” must be collected from The City Ground only. Any uncollected tickets at The City Ground Ticket Office by Wednesday 1 February 12pm will be discarded and will NOT be at Old Trafford for collection. Old Trafford does not accommodate a collections facility on the day of the game and will only issue duplicate tickets that are requested via the Nottingham Forest Football Club Ticket Office.

Official Travel

Official Coach Travel will depart the Brian Clough Stand Car Park on Wednesday 1 February at 3pm and is priced at £23 for a return journey. One coach will be made available for sale on the first day of ticket sales, with the remaining capacity available on the second day.

Please note that under the traffic commissioners’ guidelines for football coach travel the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited. Should any supporter be found in possession of or to be consuming alcohol during the trip, the driver has the legal right to return to The City Ground without those persons responsible, or for any other form of anti-social behaviour.

In addition, further sanctions will be taken against anyone found in breach of this rule. 

MATCH TICKET BOOKING FEES

The booking fee is charged per transaction, irrespective of the number of tickets purchased.

All tickets posted to supporters are subject to an additional £1 postal fee.
