Nottingham Forest is pleased to confirm four players have signed their first scholarships with the club.

Kristian Clarke, Theo Flanagan, David Modupe and Amarn Robinson all put pen to paper on two-year scholarships and will be a part of Nottingham Forest’s U18 squad for the 2023/24 season.

Clarke, who is predominantly a central midfielder joined the academy at U12 level following a move from Exeter City FC. 

Nottingham born Flanagan is an attacking midfielder who has enjoyed over 10 years at the club after joining from his grassroots team Pelican Colts at the age of 6. 

Central defender Modupe made the move to Forest at the age of 9 having grown up in Nottingham and has worked his way through the age groups ever since.    

Amarn Robinson who plays as a striker recently arrived from West Bromwich Albion where he spent a season.

Nottingham Forest’s U18 Head Coach, Tom Mallinson, said: “It’s great to offer the four boys their first scholarship at the club and reward them for all their hard work.
 
“They’ve really impressed us as academy staff, and their potential is exciting for us to work with and continue their development. The focus in the U18 group will be maximising individuals potential day in, day out.

“We are increasing our alignment across the club and keen to continue to develop a clear pathway for talented players to fulfil their potential.”
