The Reds returned to league action as they travelled to Birmingham to face Boldmere St. Michaels at The Trevor Brown Memorial Ground.
Andy Cook made one change to side that defeated Portsmouth in the League Cup semi-final at Halbrooke Stadium with Mai Moncaster replacing the injured Sophie Domingo.
Forest started brightly, pressuring the Boldmere defence and were rewarded when Charlotte Greengrass headed home from Laura-Jayne O’Neill cross in the 5th minute.

Greengrass almost had her second just four minutes when the striker fired a brilliant effort inches over the Boldmere bar.
The Reds doubled their lead on 17 minutes following a high press from Moncaster on the Boldmere ‘keeper leaving the goal wide open for Amy West to lob the goalkeeper from long range.
It was thee-nil only seven minutes when a stunning strike from Yasmin Mosby was fired into the far corner.

Forest almost had their fourth on 35 minutes when Greengrass struck an effort over the bar.
The Reds did extend their advantage moments before the break when Arryana Daniels slotted a composed finish across the ‘keeper into the bottom corner.

The visitors continued to push in the second 45 and five minutes into the second period, Mosby had her second of the afternoon when the number 9 calmly slotted home when through in on goal.
In the 53rd minute The Reds had their sixth of the game following some brilliant build up play from Mosby and Greengrass to set up Moncaster who made no mistake from 10-yards out.
Greengrass had her second and The Reds’ seventh of the game when the striker brilliantly chipped the ball over the onrushing ‘keeper in the 58th minute.

Andy Cook looked to freshen the eleven up with five substitutions before the hour mark. Amy West, Olivia Cook, Arryana Daniels, Laura-Jayne O’Neill and Mai Monaster were replaced by Naomi Powell, Georgia Hewitt, Niamh Reynolds, Rosetta Taylor and Gianna Mitchell.
There was an instant impact from the replacements as substitutes Mitchell and Taylor linked up for Forest’s eighth goal, the former setting up the latter with some brilliant work out wide on 61 minutes.
Taylor had her second in five minutes when the striker found space in the box thanks to some great work from Reynolds in the 67th minute.

The visitors had their tenth goal in the 85th minute when an opposition player headed Mitchell’s cross into her own net.
Boldmere scored their only goal of the afternoon in the 90th minute in the final play of the game/
