Forest U21s will travel to Blackburn Rovers in the Premier League Cup semi-final.
The match will be played at Ewood Park on Tuesday 11th April, kick-off 19:00 GMT.
The Reds defeated Bristol City on penalties in the quarter-finals at the Robins High Performance Centre a fortnight ago to book their place in the semi-finals.
