Nottingham Forest can confirm that Jack Colback will depart the club upon the expiry of his contract this summer.
The 33-year-old will embark on a new chapter following the conclusion of the 2022/23 campaign, bringing an end to a five-year stay on Trentside across three different spells.
Colback will leave The City Ground having made just shy of 140 appearances in the Garibaldi, playing an integral part in last season's memorable promotion-winning campaign which saw Forest return to the Premier League.
The versatile midfielder, predominantly used as a wing-back, scored four goals in 46 matches across all competitions, including a wonder strike in the 4-0 win against West Bromwich Albion and an important opener in The Reds' play-off semi-final victory over Sheffield United.
Colback, who had two loan spells on Trentside before rejoining on a permanent deal from Newcastle United in 2020, has made four starts in 11 Premier League appearances this term.
Head Coach Steve Cooper said: "Jack has been more than a player to me. Before I started working with him, and even before his time at Forest, he's had a good career having played in the Premier League many years.
"When you think about last season, everybody played a massive part, but when I think about Jack's contribution, it was huge, especially with some of the goals that he scored.
"The contribution goes to his experience, his leadership. He's a real man."
Everyone at Nottingham Forest wishes Jack every success in the future and thanks him for his magnificent contribution during his time at The City Ground.
