Forest Women begin their FA Cup campaign this Sunday as they take on Sheffield FC.

Carly Davies’ side prepare for the second of three consecutive home fixtures as The Reds look to secure their place in the second round of the cup at Grange Park.

Here’s everything you need to know ahead of the game.

MATCH INFORMATION

The match will take place at Grange Park on Sunday 12th November (kick-off 14:00pm GMT).

Forest will mark Remembrance Day this Sunday with a minute’s silence held before kick-off.

MATCH PREVIEW

Forest enter the match in good form following a 2-0 victory against Wolves at Grange Park in the Northern Premier Division with both Holly Manders and Louanne Worsey netting for the hosts.

The Reds reached the third round of the FA Cup last season following wins against Oughtibridge and Wem Town before defeat against Championship side Sheffield United.

Sunday’s opponents Sheffield have endured a difficult start to the season, currently sitting 11th in Division One Midlands, without a win in the league.

The two sides face one another for the first time in two seasons, last meeting in the FAWNL North with Forest running out 2-0 winners in Sheffield.

As Sunday’s match at Grange Park is a FA Cup fixture, season cards will not be valid and supporters will need to purchase a ticket to gain entry.

The club encourages supporters to purchase online and, also, to select digital tickets via your mobile phone or print-at-home. This is the fastest and most convenient method secure your seat and reduces the risk of queuing to buy on the day.

Tickets can be purchased on the day with either cash or card at the turnstiles, however there is a matchday price increase of £2 per ticket.

STADIUM INFORMATION

Gates open one hour prior to kick-off (13:00pm) with general admission seating available on a first come first served basis.

The club shop is back at Grange Park this Sunday with a variety of merchandise available to purchase.

There is a strict no smoking policy in operation at the stadium.

Dogs are not allowed in Grange Park unless the owner requires an assistant dog.

The clubhouse will be serving food and refreshments to supporters from 12pm with West Ham United v Nottingham Forest shown live. There is also a pitch side food outlet serving food and drinks.

Photography is not permitted during the match without prior consent from the club.

TRAVEL INFORMATION

By car

Grange Park can be found at this address: Grange Park, Station Road, Long Eaton, NG10 2EF.

Parking available at Grange Park on the grass behind the 3G pitches, a steward will be present to escort supporters on where to park on a matchday.

By train

Long Eaton train station is approximately 2.2 miles from the stadium. It is approximately a 35-minute walk, alternatively taxis are available from the train station.

By bus

The indigo route from Friar Lane (Market Square) to Station Road runs 24/7 with a bus every ten minutes.

FOREST REVIEW

The official matchday programme is available on the day for only £1; programmes can be purchased at the turnstiles or from programmes sellers located around the stadium. Each programme includes player interviews, match reports and an opposition information.

There will be an opportunity to get programmes signed by the players after the game, please be mindful that spectators are not permitted on to the pitch at any time.
