Remo Freuler has completed a permanent transfer to Bologna.
The midfielder departs in a loan deal with a permanent obligation which sees Nicolás Domínguez arrive in the opposite direction.
Freuler joined Forest from Atalanta last summer and went on to feature 33 times in all competitions last season.
