Nottingham Forest Academy is delighted to announce the signing of George Murray-Jones from Manchester City.
The goalkeeper has signed a three-year deal with the Club holding a one-year extension option.
Murray-Jones, 19, joined City in July 2021 having progressed through the ranks at Southend United and also having represented England at youth level.
The shot-stopper made 13 appearances last season, including three times in the UEFA Youth League and three times in the EFL Trophy.
Head of Academy Chris McGuane added: “We’re delighted George is joining the B Team and that he sees Nottingham Forest as his next progression as a player.
“We have been monitoring his development for a period of time and we are all looking forward to seeing how he develops under the excellent guidance of our Head of Academy Goalkeeping Adam Skinner and our PDP Goalkeeping Coach Dominic Colman.
“George joining the Club adds to a strong group of goalkeepers, and we’re pleased we continue to attract exciting young players to the Club.
