Nottingham Forest is pleased to announce that Archie Whitehall has signed a new contract with the club.

The 17-year-old, who joined the Forest Academy in August 2021, has signed a deal which runs until the summer of 2025, with the club holding a one-year extension option.

The midfielder has played 10 games in the U18 Premier League this season, scoring once as well as finding the back of the net in a 8-0 Premier League Cup victory over Huddersfield Town.

Head of Academy, Chris McGuane said: “We are pleased that Archie has agreed to sign a new contract with the club and he deserves the opportunity to continue his development further.

“Archie is a local Nottingham boy and this is great reward for his hard work and continued progression as a player and a person. We look forward to seeing how Archie improves further.”
