Forest's fixtures for the 2024/25 Premier League season have been revealed this morning.

Here are five talking points as preparations for the new campaign continue...

Bournemouth up first

Forest begin the season with a home fixture against AFC Bournemouth.

The Cherries finished 12th in last season's Premier League table in what was Andoni Iraola's first season at the helm.

Home on opening day

Forest are at home on the opening weekend of the season for the first time since 2019.

The Reds' last opening day home fixture came against West Bromwich Albion in August 2019.

First away game

Forest's first away trip of the 2024/25 season sees them make the long journey down south to take on Southampton.

Russell Martin is preparing for his side for their first season back in the top-flight following their promotion via the Sky Bet Championship play-offs last term.

Last time out at St. Mary's, Forest picked up a huge three points courtesy of Taiwo Awoniyi in January 2023.

Home on Boxing Day

Forest fans needn't worry about another long journey to Newcastle United this Boxing Day.

Instead, The Reds will be at home for Christmas as Ange Postecoglou's Tottenham Hotspur visit The City Ground.

Home on final day

In a repeat of Forest's final home game of last season, the 2024/25 campaign will end with Chelsea visiting The City Ground in the final match of the season.

Chelsea, now managed by Enzo Maresca, finished sixth in the table last season.
