- Nuno named Manager of the Month
- Forest Head Coach claims award for third time this season
- Reds maintained 100% record in March
Nuno Espírito Santo has been named the Premier League Manager of the Month for March, winning the award for the third time this season.
The Reds’ Head Coach was the only nominee to maintain a 100% record from games played in the month.
Forest claimed a 1-0 win against Manchester City at The City Ground on March 8, before following up with a fine 4-2 victory against Ipswich Town at Portman Road seven days later.
Callum Hudson-Odoi’s strike seven minutes from time on home soil was enough for the three points against the current Premier League champions.
Three goals in six minutes from first Nikola Milenković then an Anthony Elanga brace put the Reds 3-0 up at half-time against Ipswich, with Jota Silva netting three minutes from time to round off the Forest scoring in Suffolk.
Nuno has previously claimed the award in both October and December this season, becoming the first Nottingham Forest coach to claim the award three times in a single campaign.
Nuno, his coaching staff, and everyone at the Club would like to thank the fans for their unwavering and passionate support of the team, both home and away this season.
