The ticket details for have been confirmed for Nottingham Forest’s Emirates FA Cup semi-final against Manchester City.
Forest travel to Wembley Stadium on Sunday April 27 (kick-off 4.30pm) with a place in the FA Cup final up for grabs.
The club has received an allocation of 34,000 tickets for the match including 100 wheelchair spaces, located in the East End of Wembley Stadium. Tickets have been divided into six different categories.
Tickets for the semi-final will go on sale from midday (12pm) on Monday April 7 and will be released across seven separate sales windows.
SALES CRITERIA
Please be advised that all sale windows are strictly one ticket per customer number, with a maximum of 15 tickets per booking.
Ticket sales are online only except for registered disabled supporters.

Important Information
- Supporters are advised that we are likely to sell out during Sales Window 5.
- Sales will pause on Saturday April 12, at 12pm, after those eligible via Sales Window 5 have had 24 hours to purchase. This will be done so that Sales Window 6 does not clash with our fixture against Everton. Sales will then resume to those eligible via Sales Window 6 on Monday April 14, at 12pm, subject to availability.
- After tickets are initially sold out, any returns or cancellations will go back on sale in mini-releases to the Sales Window we sold out to in the initial on-sale, for two hours, before dropping to the next Sales Window. These mini-releases will be communicated via the usual channels such as email, website, and social media.
- Those eligible to buy in Sales Window 1 will be eligible to buy in all Sales Windows, those eligible to buy in Sales Window 2 will be eligible to buy in all Sales Windows, other than Sales Window 1, those eligible to buy during Sales Window 3 will be eligible to buy in all Sales Windows, other than Sales Windows 1 and 2 – this will follow on for all subsequent Sales Windows. Please be advised that this is subject to availability.
- Should you wish to purchase alongside an individual that is eligible to buy during a separate Sales Window to your own, then you must wait until tickets go on sale to that specific Sales Window. For example, if you are eligible in Sales Window 1, but wish to purchase alongside someone who isn’t eligible until Sales Window 3, you must wait until Sales Window 3 to buy together.
- We will not facilitate any requests for individuals to purchase tickets outside of their defined Sales Window, whether that be for themselves or anybody else, irrespective of the circumstances for the request.
- Supporters will receive an email from us to advise as to which Sales Window they will be eligible to purchase in before the window commences.
- Under no circumstances will any booking history be transferred or reassigned. Please do not contact the Ticket Office requesting for booking history to be transferred or reassigned – any such emails will not receive a response.
- Seat relocations will not be accommodated under any circumstances. Supporters are advised that individuals under the age of 14 must attend, and be sat, with someone over the age of 18, as per our Safeguarding Policy, which can be found here. Any under 14 ticket that is purchased without an accompanying individual over the age of 18 will be cancelled and refunded.
- Supporters are reminded that their Season Cards and MyForest memberships are personal to them. Any supporter found using their Season Card or MyForest membership to purchase a ticket to then pass on or re-sell to anybody else will receive the appropriate sanction for doing so. - Please be advised that your ticket will only scan once at Wembley Stadium. Should Wembley Stadium’s access control show your ticket as being scanned once, a replacement ticket will not be issued under any circumstances.

Travel Information
- Coach tickets are priced at £45 per ticket, and will be sold following the same Sales Windows as match tickets.
- Please be advised that as the NFFC Women’s team will be playing at The City Ground on Sunday April 27, some coaches will depart from alternative locations near the stadium.
- Arrival time for supporters irrespective of the location of departure will be 9:30am Sunday April 27.
- Supporters who book travel will be informed in advance as to their departure location as well as issued with a Digital/Print at Home ticket detailing which coach number they will be on.
- Should any supporters wish to be on the same coach as friends or family, they must ensure to purchase their coach tickets together, at the same time, in the same booking.

FAQS
How do I know what Sales Window I am in?
Supporters should be aware of their Sales Window based on their Season Card or MyForest membership status, combined with the FA Cup games they have purchased for this season, however, an email will be sent to supporters ahead of each Sales Window to advise.
I have received an email advising that I am in a particular Sales Window, but then when I try to purchase for me and somebody else, I’m unable to?
Supporters who have the same email address assigned to multiple customer numbers will receive respective emails ahead of each Sales Window. Please be advised that your Sales Window may be different to someone in your family who has the same email address assigned to their customer number as your own. Any email received will be addressed by name, and applicable only to them.
Can I purchase for someone else in my Sales Window, even if they are in a later Sales Window?
No. Should someone else be eligible in a different Sales Window, you would have to wait until that Sales Window to purchase alongside them, subject to availability.
I am eligible to purchase during Sales Window 1, but want to sit with someone who is eligible in Sales Window 4, how do I do this?
You would need to wait until Sales Window 4 to purchase tickets together.
What Sales Window are tickets likely to initially sell out at?
Tickets are likely to initially sell out at Sales Window 5. After tickets are initially sold out, any returns or cancellations will go back on sale in mini-releases to the Sales Window we sold out to in the initial on-sale, for two hours, before dropping to the next Sales Window.
