We hope that supporters are looking forward to what is set to be a memorable occasion under the arch on Sunday. Ahead of the game, please find below important ticket information from the Ticket Office.
Match Tickets
All tickets have now been issued via email as Digital/Print at Home tickets to the lead booker of the purchase.
Supporters are advised to check their emails, including any junk/spam email folder, for their tickets, ensuring to either add them to their mobile phone wallet prior to the game or print out the PDF attachments – supporters do not need to do both, however if you do, please be advised that the tickets will only scan once. For example, if you scan the PDF Print at Home ticket upon arrival at Wembley Stadium, the mobile phone Digital ticket will not then scan as well.
We have emphasised throughout our communications, as well as on both booking confirmation and ticket confirmation emails, that tickets will only scan once at Wembley Stadium. Should Wembley Stadium’s access control show your ticket as being scanned successfully once, a replacement ticket will not be issued under any circumstances. This is a Wembley Stadium policy and there are no exceptions.
Each ticket must only be used by the corresponding attendee assigned on the ticket.
Any supporters that haven’t received their Digital / Print at Home ticket and have checked their junk / spam email folder, as well as any other email addresses they have, please email tickets@nottinghamforest.co.uk where assistance will be provided.
Replacement Match Tickets
As mentioned above, we have emphasised throughout our communications, as well as on both booking confirmation and ticket confirmation emails, that tickets will only scan once at Wembley Stadium. Should Wembley Stadium’s access control show your ticket as being scanned successfully once, a replacement ticket will not be issued under any circumstances. This is a Wembley Stadium policy and there are no exceptions.
For our last appearance at Wembley Stadium in the 2022/23 play-off Final, a number of supporters were refused entry due to their tickets showing as scanned already, and it was evident that this had been an effort to get multiple individuals into the game on one ticket. An example of this is that the PDF attachment for one ticket had been printed several times and passed to others – once a ticket has been scanned successfully once, it cannot be scanned again, even if there are several versions of that same ticket.
This season, the Ticket Office have had instances where supporters have requested replacement tickets to be reissued via email, claiming not to have received the originals, however when it has then come to matchday, the original tickets (which have been rendered invalid due to replacement tickets being sent) have then been attempted scanned.
Tickets will be sent to the lead booker of the purchase only and not to each assigned individual. Please check with the lead booker before requesting replacement tickets, to see if the tickets have already been received.
We would strongly recommend supporters to ensure that if they are requesting replacement tickets, they are then using the replacement tickets, rather than the originals, as the original tickets will not be valid upon any replacement tickets being issued.
Any replacement ticket that is requested on the day and showing as not scanned, will of course be issued.
