Nottingham Forest is delighted to announce the signing of striker Holly Turner.
Turner joins the Club from Southern Premier Division league leaders Hashtag United on a deal until the end of the 2024/25 season.
The forward arrives on Trentside having previously played for Ipswich Town, Billericay as well as two separate stints at Hashtag United.
Turner has already netted 14 times in 21 appearances for Hashtag United so far this campaign and started against Forest in last weekend’s Women’s National League Cup semi-final.
Nottingham Forest Women Head Coach, Carly Davies, said: “Holly joins us from Southern Premier Division leaders, Hashtag United. She is currently the third top goal scorer in the league with 14 league goals this campaign.
“Holly offers something slightly different in our front line. She’s an exceptionally strong and powerful number nine who holds the ball up well and has an instinctive nature in front of goal.
“We have no doubt Holly has the ability to progress in her football career and we look forward to continuing her development here at Nottingham Forest.”
Upon signing, Holly added: “I’m excited to be here, Nottingham Forest is a massive club and I’m looking forward to getting started.
“Forest are very strong side so when the opportunity came my way to be involved and be a part of this team I wanted to take it.”
